Process description:

*As per above picture, the end plates are manually placed onto the stacking and press platform, then choose 8 cells which flowing from the sorting OK channel, with a fixture between the two cells, and finally the end plates are placed
*Press the button, press module automatically, strap PE tape manually.
*Another worker out the module which has been strapped into box, two modules to one box.
*Manually scan the QR code of 16 cells one by one, the system automatically generates the pack code, and the printer prints the pack code and pastes it on the pack.
*Manually press the start button, the panning mechanism will move and load the box to the assembly line.

Function description:
*Press and strap section, adapt double working station, independent of each other, without interfering with each other, increasing efficiency.
*After stacking and pressing, will strap the PE tape from up and down.
*Press tooling is servo-driven, the pressure sensor real-time monitoring of the value of the compression force, to achieve double protection of the pressure and stroke, to prevent manual errors on the damage to the module; press using an adjustable-stroke electric cylinder, the maximum thrust of the electric cylinder 6000N, the air pressure is not less than 0.5Mpa, the control mode: the electric cylinder controlled by the output signal from the pressure sensor, when the thrust reaches the set value When the thrust reaches the set value, the output stops, and the parameter set value can be set through the human-machine interface; the extrusion workpiece is driven by the electric cylinder, and the pressure sensor can monitor the value of the compression force in real time, and when the compression force reaches the required value, the feedback signal will let the ICM control the electric cylinder to keep the existing state, and no longer carry out the extrusion.
The data of press and secondly scanner can be loaded to PC, and the port can be linked to MES system.
