LiFePO4 EV Lithium Ion Battery Pack Manual Assembly Line
The main section of the pack manual assembly line is composed of an unpowered roller line, with a length of 11.2m*width of 1.0m*height of 0.75m, 12 working positions, 24 sets of workpiece discs, and the size of the workpiece discs is 800mm*800mm*20mm (plywood), and the front and rear sections of the roller line are equipped with two universal platforms, and there is a lifting station at each of the outer ends of the universal platforms (the size of lifting stations is L1080mm*W980mm*H910mm); and there are H-shaped shelves for manual work stations. There are two universal platforms at the front and rear sections of the drum line, and there is one lifting station at each end of the universal platform (the size of lifting station is L1080mm*W980mm*H910mm); and there is an H-shape shelf at the manual station. The single station of the roller line has a load capacity of 300kg.
*The main section of the multiplier speed chain is welded with 40*40 square pass; the guide rail is made of 118×100 aluminium profiles, the surface of the wire profile is H750mm from the ground; the conveyor chain is made of triple speed chain with pitch=38.1;
* All machines of whole line on both sides of the fully closed door plate, the overall beauty and convenient maintenance and repair, sheet metal colouring according to customer requirements to provide colour code;
*There is a set of buttons on the side of each station to control the rising/falling action of the blocker; each manually operated position is equipped with: an independent start button, an independent socket, an independent air pipe connector, an illuminated light pipe and an independent emergency stop button. When there is a problem with the line, the line can be stopped immediately to protect the safety of employees. Button wiring using plug-in mode, easy to maintain, the entire line of line marking to be basically consistent with the drawings, if there is a change or deviation, we must communicate in a timely manner; the line body between the workstations need to be anti-dumb function (not allowed to repeat the release of the board); alarm needs to be displayed in the touch screen alarm location, alarm information scrolling prompts to deal with the method;
*Motor with Taiwan Yichuan gear motor 2.2KW, 380V; special active/follower sprocket, with the active shaft, the shaft support using a housed bearing seat. Slave with special tightening seat; power frame made of 40 * 40 iron cube; peripheral sealing protection plate; sheet metal with colour according to customer requirements to provide the colour code;
*Frequency converter stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, 2~10 meters/minute.

A: Our system development is based on the integrated development view, when you get the machine, just connect it to the power supply and the machine is ready to work, as the English software is already installed on the machine, all you need to do is to learn how to use the software, a complete English user manual will be sent to you with the machine.
