Function Introduction

Smoke Extraction System
The industrial dust collector is an explosion-proof industrial dust collector developed in combination with the requirements of environmental protection emission, featuring large air volume, high negative pressure, pulse blowback, stability and reliability. It meets the explosion-proof requirements of flammable and explosive dust environment.
Filtration process
Under the action of the fan, the dust generated by this equipment enters the dust collector through the dust suction port, and firstly touches the spoiler plate in the middle of the air inlet, which plays the role of disturbing the incoming gas and slows down the speed of the gas flow. Due to the gravity settling effect, the coarse particles of dust in the gas fall directly into the dust hopper, playing the role of pre-dust removal. Fine particle size, small density of dust particles into the dust filter room, through the Brownian diffusion and sieve filter and other combined effects, so that the dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter media. The clean gas after purification enters into the upper clean gas room through the filter cylinder, and is discharged through the fan to the exhaust port.
Dust removal process
With the filtration has been continued, the dust accumulated in the outer surface of the filter cartridge will be more and more, accordingly will increase the operating resistance of the equipment, when it reaches a certain level, the dust collector began to clear the dust.
