Application and Function

This welding jigs is used in spot welding to locate the welding object, to improve the welding quality and the accuracy of the welding spot position, and the positioning fixture can improve the fixing and positioning of the guide plate and improve the position accuracy of spot welding.

How it works:
First, the positioning fixture puts the single battery in the battery slot of the basket body, and covers the upper and lower ends of the basket body respectively. The guide plate is inserted in the open slot of the cover plate, so that it contacts the battery terminal of the single battery in the battery slot.

Secondly, position the press plate to cover the outer surface of the cover plate, so that the convex block passes through the opening slot and crimp the guide plate: Insert the spot welding head of the spot welding machine into the through hole of the press plate, welding the electrode terminal of the single battery and the guide plate.

The guide piece of the third positioning fixture can be formed by non-magnetic materials and any kind of material in the magnetic material, which can more reliably fix the position of the guide piece, improve the position accuracy during spot welding, and then can be applied to the case of the guide piece material is non-magnetic material.
