Product Description

Function description
This station firstly locates and addresses the modules through vision, and then cleans the PACK poles one by one by means of 200W pulsed laser, and the cleaning path is completed by XYZ movement.

Process requirements
When the module reaches the position, it is blocked by the blocking cylinder to stop moving forward, and the jacking mechanism lifts up the moving carrier plate to ensure the stability and effectiveness of the PACK module pole in the cleaning process;
Version system take a picture and lock the position.
The laser will move by XYA axis, cleaning each pole of modules.
After the cleaning is completed, the jacking cylinder is lowered/blocking cylinder is returned to its position, and the module carrier plate is lowered back to the speed multiplier chain to flow to the next work station;
Cleaning range: cleaning pole dirty, oil, oxide layer, residual electrolyte, etc.;
Adopts laser cleaning method, cleaning depth: 1-3μm;
Cannot damage or destroy the surface of the pole pole of the electric core;Cleaning speed: ≥10PPM;
The appearance of this site equipment with full sheet metal, sheet metal colour matching according to customer requirements to provide colour code, equipment installed alarm light buzzer.
