Process description

as per the picture, the battery cells will be conveyed manually on the chain in sequence, firstly pass through the scanning station to check the barcode, and then go through the IR tester to test the voltage and internal resistance of the cell, and the products with OK will flow into the next station directly, and the NG products will be placed in the NG channel through the NG discharging module, and the OK products are arranged by the flipping mechanism according to the requirements of the cells.

1. Automatic scanner will choose Keyence SR-X80W;
2. IR tester is HikoiBT3561A;
3. NG exclusion channels will be divided to scanner fault, cell thickness fault, and voltage,IR of cells fault.
4. Using Yanhong industrial computer to save data, it can be linked to MES system.
5. Sorting efficiency≥10PPM.
