ACEY-BCT503-512H is used for formation, capacity grading and performance parameter testing of lithium batteries. It is a master-slave battery comprehensive testing system composed of a computer and a single-chip device. It has advanced structure, reliable performance, convenient operation and high efficiency. It is an indispensable production and testing equipment for lithium battery manufacturers, capacity division manufacturers and scientific research institutions.
The structure of this equipment is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. 1 CPU board, unified transmission control for the whole cabinet.1. Each battery has its own independent constant current and constant voltage source, which is stable and shock-free.
2. The equipment is controlled by AVR single-chip microcomputer and connected to the computer. It can save all test data and curves, and can also be operated directly through the keyboard of the equipment to set the process to complete the test and sort.
3. Real-time detection and display of the status of each battery. If there is an abnormality, the channel will stop working and the indicator light will be on.
4. It has a power-off protection function, and can continue to run the original workflow after a call.
5. The power tube uses a field effect tube, which is suitable for batteries with lower voltage discharge, such as lithium iron phosphate batteries.
6. The graphical operation interface is adopted, which is intuitive and clear. It displays the voltage, current, time, capacity and other data of each battery at the same time, and can set different colors to display the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions.
7. It is recommended that users equip each computer with a UPS power supply to prevent damage to the computer or data during a power outage; each computer can be connected to a maximum of 10 devices to avoid affecting the operation of the computer.
