Process description
As per above pictures,the module is transported to the inspection station along with the pallet; the blocker stops, and the jacking and positioning mechanism jacks up and positions the module; the CCD vision takes photos under the drive of the gantry three axis, the CCD vision takes photos of the poles first, and remembers the position of the module poles to be provided to the poles for cleaning and welding station, and the system makes a judgement on the position of the battery module poles, the positive and negative poles, and the position of the templates; in case of defective inspection, the monitor will be marked with an explanation, and the machine will give an alarm, and at the same time, the products that have failed will be discharged in the next NG workstation.
