5V 40A Pouch Cell Capacity Gading Machine Battery Cell Testing Equipment For Lithium Battery
This equipment is mainly used to test the voltage, capacity and other parameters of ploymer battery formation/capacity grading section, and carries out grade classification, data analysis, upload and sharing of the battery according to the test results.
1.Single point independent, each battery completely has an independent constant current constant voltage source, stable and no impact. Adopt 8-channel programmable constant current and constant voltage control module.
2.The equipment is controlled by APM32 single-chip microcomputer and works by computer connection. It can save all test data and curves, and can also be operated directly through the keyboard board of the equipment to set up the process to complete the test and sort.
3.Real-time detection and display the status of each battery, if there is an abnormality, the channel will be stopped and the indicator light will be on
4.With power-down protection function, the original workflow can continue to run after incoming calls.
5.The power tube adopts field effect tube, which is suitable for batteries with lower voltage discharge, such as lithium iron phosphate battery.
6.Using graphic operation interface, intuitive and clear, while displaying the battery voltage, current, time, capacity and other data and can set different colors to display the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions.
7.The accuracy of the equipment is 0.05%, the data recording time is 1 second/time, and the stability is high.
