Function description
This equipment is mainly used to test the total voltage and insulation value of the battery pack through HIOKI 3562A and HIOKI 5520 tester for the module which has been welded with a good guide row, and determine whether the module voltage and insulation are qualified by setting the range of its testing parameters, failing which the equipment alarms the discharge of the NG channel, and the qualified flows into the next channel.

Process requirement:
*After the load module reaches the position, it is blocked by the blocking cylinder, stops continuing to move forward, and the jacking mechanism jacks up the positioning;
*After the module is stabilised, the test probe descends to the test position for automatic testing;
*Insulation and total internal pressure and total internal resistance test results in the test parameters within the scope of qualified, continue to flow into the next workstation.
*Parameters other than is unqualified, automatically flow into the next workstation NG channel manual discharged;
*Test probe position adjustment automatically move to adjust the corresponding position and height;
*Test parameters and conditions can be set in the human-machine interface;
*Probe using nickel-plated probe components, four-wire method of testing, the probe is cylindrical, the bottom of the probe pointed angle, can be well adapted to ensure that the contact, the probe process of nickel-plated, greatly reducing the impedance, improve the accuracy of the test;
*The station is controlled by the host computer, the test status only do judge qualified and unqualified, with data transmission and record storage function.
